With around 130,000 already in the pot on a flop of :Ax :7x :Qx, Beadnell checked to the man behind him Montes, who bet 65,000. Bednell made the call. The turn brought . Beadnell checked again, as did Montes. The river brought . Yet again Beadnell checked, and after much deliberation Montes elected to put Beadnell all in. Beadnell quickly called and turned over , and Montes’ steal attempt with :7x :5x for bottom pair did not work out as he had planned. Montes falls to below 300,000, while Beadnell’s chipstack rises above 600,000 on the hand.
