$2,400 NLHE Main Event (Re-Entry)
Level 14: 1,200/2,400/400 Ante
Players Remaining: 50
Table 14 has been a fun one to watch over the course of the day, as Venezuela’s Dorian Rios and Maryland’s William Beer tangled throughout the early part of the day. The players have had a symbiotic relationship thus far and their positions in seats 2 and 3 of the room’s frontmost positioned table have worked out well for both players. Rios has well over 200,000, while Beer has just under 300,000.
But a new predator approaches: as the tables were rebalanced and players shifted around, Christian Harder joined the fray in seat 7. The move now pits Harder and Rios, likely the room’s two most decorated pros with the highest total career winnings resumes, against each other with the PPC regular stuck in between.
Harder began the day at Table 16, with fellow pros Ronnie Bardah and Freddie Kirkland. But Harder was moved to 16 recently.
And just as soon as he moved, he was moved again, as now the Maryland pro with more than $3,000,000 in live earnings now finds himself at table 17. Harder joins Marti Ball, Justin Swilling, and the rest of Table 17 on the table that will soon feature the Main Event’s final ten. Harder has close to 175,000 in chips, which [places him above average with only 50 players remaining in the tournament.
