Pompano Beach, FL, October 14, 2016– The PPC Poker Tour (PPC), which hosts US and destination poker events, heads back to the beautiful Hilton Aruba Caribbean Resort & Casino for the 2016 PPC Aruba World Championship.

“The buzz from last year’s Aruba Championship was tremendous and we expect a huge turnout,” said Sandy Swartzbaugh Commissioner of the PPC. “We couldn’t be more excited to introduce our first $500,000 guaranteed prize pool at the 5th annual PPC Aruba World Championship. There has been consistent talk that the prize pool could each $1,000,000 and we can’t wait to crown another PPC Champion in beautiful Aruba.”

The 2016 PPC Aruba World Championship runs November 2-8, 2016. This 10-event series will feature a $2,400 buy-in, $500,000 guarantee Main Event. The $2,400 buy-in Main Event will run Friday November 4 through Monday November 7. Players can buy-in either of the two day-1 flights which will be held at 4pm Friday and Saturday then carry their largest stack into Day 2. The top-4 will also win packages to the 2017 PPC Aruba World Championship.
